Positive , the Egadi Islands , the budget of events Christmas and New year , launched December 7 and concluded yesterday , January 6 , with the organization of the Municipal synergistic , parishes , associations and the social center , the whose initiatives have failed to engage , once again , adults and children .
In closing the long calendar of events , were held in Favignana , January 5 and January 6 , respectively, the Procession of the Three Kings , that began from Piazza Sant´Anna at 17.45 to head towards Piazza Madrice , where the group depicting the Holy Family received the gifts of the Magi , with the children of the catechism in dresses shepherds who offered their gifts to the parish , and the animation of the procession with Christmas music from the children ´s music school " Giulia Bevilacqua " , and with Epiphany , arrived at the Oratory , at 15, to deliver the stockings full of candy to children on the island. Following entertainment, dancing and group games .

Even in Marettimo in the afternoon of January 5 , the Magi arrived . The parade started in procession from the Oratory Parish , went through the streets of the country until the Scalo Vecchio to get to the church where there were waiting for the holy figures of the nativity scene with baby Jesus , Mary and Joseph , and the time of deposition gold, frankincense and myrrh . To celebrate the Mass was Fr Joseph Pinella , pastor of Marettimo . The initiative was organized by the parish Our Lady of Grace .
