Conditions

During high season we only accept weekly bookings (Saturday / Saturday - Sunday / Sunday), for a period of less please ask for a quote (acceptance subject to availability).

The price includes all utilities (energy, water, gas and use of air conditioner, hair dryer, use of swimming pool) and a weekly change of linen, whereas the final cleaning is charged to the tenant (€ 40.00) which does not include the cleaning of kitchenette.

The apartment will be delivered by 14:00 on the day of arrival and you must vacate the premises no later than 9:30 am on the day of departure.
